Cancellations

Your appointment is important to me at Hunter Salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your service. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

If you don’t show up

If you do not contact me to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Late arrivals

I have a ten minute grace period. If you are running late, please call to let me know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service, or given the option to do less of a service if time permits. 

Credit card required to book

Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. I require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, I reserve the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the scheduled service.

Respond to your confirmation text

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm I will assume you wish to cancel, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a cancellation fee.

All other things

Be honest

It’s my priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. 

Any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Hunter Salon. 

No dogs

For the safety and comfort of other guests and sanitation of the salon, no animals of any kind are allowed in the building.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

I do not offer refunds of any kind.
